about us
Chef Saïd, the former chef of Mana Mana, is starting a new chapter with his own restaurant: Nara Nara. At Nara Nara, he brings his Egyptian roots to the forefront, inspired by the flavors, traditions, and the culture of sharing food around the table he grew up with.
Saïd's connection to food began long before the kitchen. He grew up on a farm in Egypt, cultivating the land an harvesting his own ingredients.
The name Nara Nara refers to the Egyptian word nar: fire. Fire has always been a place where people gather, for warmth, connection, stories, and food.
That spirit is at the heart of Nara Nara. Bringing people together over great food and good vibes.
OUR MENU
At Nara Nara we bring a mix of classic Egyptian street food dishes to the table, while drawing inspiration from the wider Mediterranean and Middle Eastern region. The menu reflects chef Saïd's roots, but leaves room to explore.
In most dishes vegetables take the lead. For those who can't go without, there's always a fish or meat option too.
Sharing is at the heart of Nara Nara, inspired by the tables we grew up with. But whether you share everything or keep it all to yourself, the table is yours to create.
