Chef Saïd, voorheen chef van Mana Mana, begint met Nara Nara aan een nieuw hoofdstuk: zijn eigen restaurant.

Bij Nara Nara brengt hij zijn Egyptische roots naar de voorgrond, geïnspireerd door de smaken, tradities en de cultuur van samen eten waarmee hij is opgegroeid.

Saïds liefde voor eten begon al lang voordat hij in de keuken stond. Hij groeide op op een boerderij in Egypte, waar hij het land bewerkte en zijn eigen ingrediënten verbouwde en oogstte.

​

De naam Nara Nara verwijst naar het Egyptische woord nar: vuur. Vuur is van oudsher een plek waar mensen samenkomen. Voor warmte, verbinding, verhalen en eten.

Die gedachte vormt het hart van Nara Nara. Een plek waar mensen samenkomen rond goed eten en goede energie.

Chef Saïd, the former chef of Mana Mana, is starting a new chapter with his own restaurant: Nara Nara. At Nara Nara, he brings his Egyptian roots to the forefront, inspired by the flavors, traditions, and the culture of sharing food around the table he grew up with.

Saïd's connection to food began long before the kitchen. He grew up on a farm in Egypt, cultivating the land an harvesting his own ingredients. 
 

The name Nara Nara refers to the Egyptian word nar: fire. Fire has always been a place where people gather, for warmth, connection, stories, and food. 

 

That spirit is at the heart of Nara Nara. Bringing people together over great food and good vibes.
